Plaza 53, Bankia’s first ‘flagship’ office
Bankia has opened the doors of its first flagship site, a branch office adapted to the modern day through which it intends to refresh the way it does banking on the basis of a new concept.
Dynamobel has successfully met the challenge of creating a new branch model for Bankia. The aim was to provide more intimate spaces for private meetings with customers requiring financial advice, while other customers could make use of self-service areas or others technologically equipped to deal with them quickly or with an emphasis on active waiting.
From the outset, the bank was convinced that technology could be used to effect change and facilitate integration. Technology has made it possible to transform this space into a multidirectional channel of communication in which people and technology live side by side, opening the way to a more dynamic service and better personalised attention.
