Ergonomics and well-being at work: how to cope with the summer months in the office

It is clear that furniture can improve workers’ physical and mental health. Now, with the hot summer months, taking care of every detail in the office can be crucial to protect people’s wellbeing.

In fact, simple aspects such as ergonomics, space distribution and furniture material quality can make a big difference.

A difference that, at Dynamobel, we try to cultivate through some of our programmes such as PAD, TRAZO, DIS or LINK, which include chairs that can be adapted to corporate environments, coworking, meeting or waiting rooms, guaranteeing all the versatility and comfort that employees need.

Our SLAT16, Aura and Be Wood chairs are also clear examples of chairs that adapt to the user’s anatomy and posture:

  • SLAT 16: offers lumbar adjustment (‘T-Slat’), synchro mechanism, adjustable armrests and optional headrest. A series of elements that are particularly favourable for long working hours.
  • AURA: features a breathable mesh back design and ergonomic structure, which helps maintain an optimal temperature throughout the day.
  • BE WOOD: perfect for organic and healthy environments, as it is able to merge design and natural space within contemporary offices.

In addition, some of our tables such as VIRA, CONIC, MOVE and TEC are designed to favor both individual and collaborative work, without losing the ergonomics and efficiency necessary to maximize people’s comfort.

The AMA table, on the other hand, favors dynamic postures and turns out to be perfect for active meetings, since it invites to change postures and avoids sedentary positions.

In addition, ACOUSTIC panels combined with partitions (LINE, TAM, M92) control noise and preserve natural light, key aspects for mental and physical comfort.

A whole set of solutions, perfect to face these hot months with more strength and health.
